Is there a limit to how many photos you can have in your Facebook account?

I know about the limit of 1,000 photos per folder. Is there a limit to the number of folders I can have per account? If there is, can I pay for more?

Please advice, Is there any photo uploading limit in Facebook? Let us say, if i want to upload 10000 photos, is it possible? Note: I know we can have only 200 photos maximum on an Album. thanks for all of your advices.
