A group member cannot post messages to the group?

in our group we post messages on the group area but noone member receives the posted messages in our e-mail boxes. This is recent. We did not always have this problem. Please help!

I'm the moderator of a group, and about 3 months ago, I deleted a member. For some reason she is still able to post messages to the group. I've triple-checked that I've removed her from the membership list, and don't know what else to do. Any suggestions...

Moderation is turned off, everyone is accepted, but when I, the creator of the group, try to post a message it doesn't work.... Also, I tried to post a message as a member of the group, not the moderator, and it also doesn't work.... The ONLY evidence...

So far such messages bounce back at them saying something like 'Only the moderator can post.' On another group that I am a member of I can post a message by sending an email to xxxxxxx@yahoogroups,com and after it is approved by the moderator, the moderator...

When I first started using the "moderate new members" flag, I thought it meant that when a new member joined, their first posting would come to me for approval before going out to the group, but once I approved it they would be unmoderated...
