I have had a dog for more than 13 years now (a dachshund) and I have never shown any allergic reactions to it or any other dog I've come in contact with. However this summer my sister got a dachshund of her own and I definitely get reactions from it! I get spots on my skin and it starts itching a lot, my eyes start to itch and I sneeze. I still don't get any reaction from my dog or any other dogs, except my sisters. So I'm wondering, is it really possible to be allergic to just one specific dog...
