Any good talent agencies in LA?

I know it's a little too early for me to ask this because im barely in Acting school, but what are the best Acting Agencies that aren't a scam, are good, and try hard to find you auditions? -->(It doesnt have to be the best but a Good one to start...

I'm interning at a talent agency in Chicago right now and my goal is to be a talent agent in LA for television and film. Anyone have any advice? It's near impossible to get a hold of anyone at the agencies out there, but I haven't really been trying...

I don't live in LA, but I'm willing to travel. I would like to know if all LA agencies will sign you even if you dont live in LA?

I just wanted to know about whether location matters when it comes to being represented by a model/talent agency. Let's say you want to model and do some auditions in New York or Los Angeles but you live in Ohio or even Michigan, would they sign you...
