Are All Stores Having A Sale On Black Friday?

I was wondering if the sale applies to online stores like Walmart, Target and other common retail stores. I don't like driving to the store since its always packed and there is hardly any parking to find. I don't think I have been to a black Friday sale...

What stores online have black Friday? Also are they all on Friday? I ask because someone told me they have a "cyber Monday" which is the Monday following black Friday.

I'm thinking stores like target, walmart, kohls, etc. I REALLY want the E.L.F mini makeup collection or any thing like it on sale for a special price. I don't mind the price really but it's part of my plan to ask my mom if I can start wearing makeup...
