Are the relentless energy shots any good?

I've been drinking energy shots at work to stay focused. I see there are alot of vitamins in an energy shot. But is it good for u?Can it harm u?

So i had a boxing bout today and won. I was extremely happy but before and during the fight i felt really tired. Now my conditioning is pretty good i can last 3 3 minute intense rounds and all i had to do today was 1.5 min rounds, witch was really confusing...

I got this bottle of Worxs Energy Shot about 4 months ago, and I checked all over the bottle, but there is no expiration date. There is some code on the bottom of the bottle, but its definitely not an expiration date.. Does this mean it wont expire?...

i live energy shots but they kinda make my stomach uneasy. is there anyway to make it where it doesnt do that? besides not drinking them of course and i dont wanna hear anything about if theyre good for you or not.
