Best Tapeless Camcorder?

I need a camera that I can easily put my videos onto the computer.I don't know anything about the digital camcorders.I have a mini cassette tape camcorder,its time for an upgrade.

I am thinking about purchasing a camcorder for the summer, but I don't know a thing about them. Which kind is better, tapeless, mini DV, or DVD?
