Can I get a Ford X Plan pin?

its a 2000 model, and ive put in the pin code wrong, but dont even know the pin number, i was told to take out car battery, and then put in again, and this should work, but ive tried it and it doesnt

I am eligible to use the Ford X Plan, but can i use it to buy a Mazda since Ford owns a large part of Mazda?
