Can I play games online with a PSP?

I want to get a couple of games for my son but we don't know if these will play over. In the PS store there is a PSP/Vita section. And he wants Ghost Recon and Tomb Raider Legends. Will he be able to play these PSP games oN the Vita

Because i got so much hombrew games and i am trying to play online mode but it works but when i get in to the the game mode it says a network prob has occured

I have loads of psp games, but when I search online there is never anyone around to play online games with.

I have looked everywhere for a place to play linerider on PSP and can't find anywhere, why not?

I've got a PSP 1000 (or Fat PSP) with 5.50 GEN-D (Full) according to the System Information tab in the settings, and I believe that a Pandora has been used on my PSP(I got it repaired by a friend so I didn't do this.) I know of a game that can be downloaded...

I have a American PSP, bought in America, can I then buy UK PSP-Games and play it on my American PSP. Will the UK games work on the American PSP?

I am thinking about putting Windows 7 on my jailbroken psp. It is a psp 1001. i was wondering if i put windows 7 on my psp 1001, would it disable the ability to play psp games? or games off the memory stick?
