Can a person who has been blind from birth dream of images?

they have no visual reference, so I was wondering what and how they dream.

I would of course need a blind persons answer to truly validate this and not just an opinion by a sighted person such as i. So please if you have read this you have not got a true answer but im hoping it can be answered
