Can you find Nuvaring (a birth control prescription) in Kenya?

I have a prescription for Nuvaring and I'm going to Kenya for 7 months. I am wondering if I can get it at pharmacies there (in Nairobi or Kisumu) or if I need to bring a 7-month supply, which is expensive and must be refrigerated the while I'm there.
