Cant get photo for yahoo!answers?

i'm new to photoshop. Tried using its help feature but still cannot get it to work.

cant get to the bottom of it to delete it, it wont delete from top, cant see the other 9 messeges on the page. what do i do?

I have a photo on my 360, but when I go into edit my info on my page it says there is no photo on my 360. How do I fix this
