I want to celebrate the NYE and have the 2010 countdown in Embarcadero. This is my first and my last time to celebrate NYE in the US, and I want to make it memorable. So, someone told me that people usually celebrate the NYE in Embarcadero, and I'm not so sure what is going on there. In addition, I don't wanna go to clubs or bars, i want to do it outside.
