I have a driving permit and turn 18 in October, do i have to take another written test to take my on the road driving test?..or could i just schedule a driving test once I turn 18?..i live in CA if that makes any difference.

I'm currently 17 years old; however, I turn 18 in 9 days. I have my permit, and I took a test in order to obtain it... It wasn't "written", per se, it was on the computer, but I imagine it's the same thing. It was over state laws, signs, etc...
