Do you wear soccer cleats for girls lacrosse?

i think we practice on a turf so does that have an influence on what we wear? if the cleats arent metal they should be fine right? thanks!

so im starting girls lacrosse i already have a stick, mouthguard, goggles, and cleats. what are some main lacrosse thing i should know. and what do i wear??
