Does outlook 2010 work with yahoo mail?

I have followed all the instructions from the online "The Yahoo Outlook 2010 Connection" guide and still cannot send or receive emails on Outlook. I receive an error message indicating my server doesn't support the changes.

I have already made sure that under advanced I am selecting 995 SSL and 465 SSL, also tried 25 NONE and 587 NONE....same error, I can receive emails but not send them out.
