Does the Warner Theater in Washington DC allow you to take photos during concerts?

I have to visit 2 art galleries for my summer art work. As I'll have to draw quite a bit of what I see, which galleries would allow me to take photos that I can use later on to finish off the work? And are there any galleries which don't like visitors...
