How Can You Send A Picture Through An Email To A Phone?

I was wanting to know how can I send a picture that I have on my computer to my cell phone using Yahoo email?

i want to send some pictures of me and my friends to my email so i can put in on my computer, but i cant find the option i heard you could too.

I know you have to put your number and then a certain email address for example 1111111111111@verizonwireless.com, something like that, ive tried that but nothing. Any help. The email im sending its from my computer, to my cell as a text. thanks
