How To Format Phone Memory In 5233?

I'm trying to make more space on my memory card so I can get a few videos I recorded onto my computer when I plug it in. I tried to copy the videos onto my card, buuut it says it's too full. So, since the card has all 3 Mission Impossible movies on there...

when i insert the card into my computer it says that i have to format the disk in drive before i use it i put yes to format then it sends me to other box so i can format my card but it doesn't read the capacity of the card so i cant format it idk what...
