How To Get Madden Updates Without Internet?

i want to get roster updates so does that mean troy smith marshawn lynch and the bills wont have marshawn lynch?

i have no internet connection in my pc so i want to be update my antivirus through my office pc(which have net connection) so how can i get the updates of my antivirus in a USB drive?plz tell me the complete method.
