How To Get Tumblr Followers?

I have a tumblr, had one for a while now. But it seems I can't get anyone to find or follow my tumblr & the only followers I do have are normally "You followed me, So I'll follow you back" type of users or Empty Tumblr's of people reblogging...

I mean I have about 60 twitter followers. But I only have barely half of that in tumblr followers ... :/ On tumblr I reblog a lot of relatable things. Like quotes, (i even make my own picture quote things), I reblog fashion, food, clothes, the hunger...

I have 44 followers on Tumblr.  Only 22 show up in my list on both the web and mobile app. I verified the followers not showing up on the list are still valid and following me. Any clues or suggestions to get the missing followers back in my list?

I have a tumblr: itsbarbiehere.tumblr.com (hipster) + bohodaydreamers.tumblr.com (boho) and on mainly the hipster one, I get more followers and I'm almost at my goal, How do you think I could get heaps of followers over this weekend? x
