How To Make An Email?

how do i make yahoo automatically come up to compose a email for example if a am on a website and i double click on the email i want to email it automatically composes the email using yahoo email ?

From my account options, under MEMBER INFORMATION, I see my Yahoo email and my alternate email address. Next to my alternate email address I see (primary), but I want to make my Yahoo email address the (primary) one. There is no option to change this...

for example lets say i sent a kind email to someone. when someone sends me an email i see who sent it to me by there email and name. When i am sending an email i want it to be stated anonymous meaning neither my name or email is known in any way.
