most sites r blocked here and the sites can open blocked sites r blocked too . so what can i do ? and if i open somthing blocked so is that againest law and they will catch me ?

I want to ask that how to open restricted websites in Pakistan. PTCL block some torrent downloading sites including adult sites, now users unable to open torrent sites also. plzzz help

so my dad has blocked vitually any site that can lead me to chat on aim and i really need to have one of those. idk his username and password to the dns site so i can't change it and he blocked websites under the category of chat and stuff like that...
