How can I create an addtional E-mail address?

Back when I created my yahoo profile, I did not setup a free yahoo email address to go along with it. Now I would like to have a free yahoo email address, but when I click on create free account it takes my to edit my yahoo profile & nowhere in there...

normally when i create email address it's always like raroth@yahoo.com or raroth@hotmail.com. but i want to create email address like info@raroth.com.how can i do it?please explain.
