How can I link to the latest post on Tumblr?

I have a post scheduled to publish next week and want to generate a link to cross-promote it, but there doesn't seem to be a permalink for the post.

When I reblog pictures, there's always a 'click through link' it's like '_____.tumblr.com/post/57583938' and I was wondering, how did they manage to put it in when they first blogged the photo, do they go back and edit? Because when you're uploading...

Haven't worded the title very well but, when you're on the dasboard on tumblr, below the pictures you quite often get a person writing a comment whenever they've reblogged the picture, but they've got their name in a link so you can click on it to go...

As shown in this picture above, how do you do that so that if someone reblogs your post you blog link would be there. So if you click it, it goes to your blog? I really don't know ...show more
