How can I make a popular website similar to Myspace?

I have a website and tried to make a link in myspace, but it doesn't work. When i click the link it says this :http://www.myspace.com/Error404msp.aspx?c=11 I want to be able to post my link there what should i do?

like myspace and myyearbook and taggrd?
