So i downloaded an iplayer video from cbbc iplayer and i want to upload it on to a file sharing site like youtube, but once its uploaded it says its too long. So before uploading i want to know if i can seperate it into two parts. The video is 28 minutes long. Please don't tell me to use windows movie maker because it dosnt work.
