How can I upload pictures directly from Facebook to MySpace?

dont have pics on myspace.

I've done a virus scan and disk defrag and it didn't help.

i would always upload pictures to myspace but now when i try to upload pictures i cant because it says file no supported? and i put the same picture on facebook with no problems?
