How can I view private photos in facebook?

I just met a girl online, we've been texting and we're getting along really well, shes busy now so she cant accept my friend request on facebook until tomorrow but im dying to know what she looks like, how can I view here pictures without being friends...

I don't want my friends to see how many photos I have in my facebook account.. How can I do that without hiding my pictures from them, allowing them to see my pictures, but not seeing how many, the moment they enter my profile?
