How do I add Twitter to My Yahoo!?

I want to use the feature of being able to share the music I listen to from last.fm on my Yahoo profile. When I add that feature, I re-fresh my Yahoo profile and it says I've added my Twitter updates instead. I don't even have a Twitter. Is this a glitch...
