How do I add an address to my safe senders list?

I click on Options but the dd menu has no Blocked Senders' List nor is there a Safe Senders List so how can I be sure I get emails from and can send emails to a specific email address. I could do both up until today! Thanks I hope- K&K

I find it a chore to manually add each email to my address book and then to a respective list. Is there a way to simply highlight all the emails in my inbox and add all the email address to a list? Thanks!

I want to make a new List, and need the Contacts sorted alphabetically by Last Name. They are sorted that way in my Address Book, but when I click on Add List, the names are sorted by Email. How do I get a list in the Add List page sorted by Last Name...

Reading the help files was of no use, it just says to click on the Add List icon and enter the information. Well, that does not work so what do we do now? The old system was much better.
