How do I get a micro soft outlook icon on my internet explorer tool bar. I had a short cut on the older version. It was similar to the yahoo mail icon. Help

I had my toolbar to where it would show up with the exact page I was on when I hit add tab. This worked much better for me than the yahoo search. I got an email from yahoo to upgrade toolbar, and now it's messed up. Please help!!!!
