I want to learn how to draw manga and anime on the computer. I dont know how to draw at all, so where could I find good tutorials?

I want to find a reliable software to do that. I watched some YouTube videos and all i saw was Manga Studio and PhotoShop, and i have none of those. Any Other way to do it?

if i click on one zip and click on always open with this. it always ONLY opens that one zip file. i want al zip files to open with sequential. how can i do this?
