How do I block email from another yahoo user?

the person using yahoo emails to try to sell a dog but its a scams i wanna stop it before it happen to someone else. the email is Mellisa All@yahoo. They stole $400 from me

i need to block a user how can i do

the harrassing emails show a yahoo email address but replies and attempts to block come back with "This user doesn't have a yahoo.com account"..how do we stop this person from harassing us? compliants to yahoo for abuse has also not worked.

I am having trouble getting a yahoo user to leave me alone. I know how to add him to my block list on yahoo but can't seem to get me other personal email account to block him. Can you send him an email requesting he no longer contact me?

I don't like that when another Yahoo email user emails me, after the email is sent (on the sent page) there is a list of the recent Yahoo stories that I have commented on and what I said in my comment. Is there a way to block this?
