How do I change my email password on Yahoo mail?

i wanted to change my password in my yahoo,but they ask me of alternate email, and i dont remember it again.

Like i want to login easily, i have norton remembering my main e-mail address, but i have 2 or 3 different emails and i just want to type them in and go not have to delete the original text and then type, like how do i get rid of the automatic remembering...
