How do I delete an iTunes account off my iPhone?

If I delete a movie off of my iPhone will it be deleted off my itunes account as well? I need to make space for more memory on my iPhone so I am going to delete a movie off of it. But before I delete it I want to make sure it will still be on my iTunes...
