How do I get my 360 profile to show up?

It says that my 360 profile is hidden, but there doesn't seem to be an option for changing that in 'Edit my profile'. How can I make my 360 visible?

i found a similar question, and i did what the best answer said, but it didn't work. i go to Q and A, then click edit my info, then i go down to commuications, but it is not there!
