How do I get my stars for favorites back?

The two stars on the left side of the screen at top allow anyone to turn on comp and hit internet explorer which brings up yahoo toolbar clik the star and see my 360 page...no password or id required....No privacy whatso ever....how the hell do I change...

The older Yahoo tool bar had 2 stars 1 for favorites & the others for adding favorites. The new tool bar dosen't. How can I get old tool bar back? If noway to do so how can you add sites to links?
