How do I make my 360 Account not hidden?

I haven't been able to view my yahoo 360 picture as my avatar and I think it might be because I have my Yahoo 360 hidden from everyone else on my yahoo answers profile. Can anyone help me to make it not hidden or another way that might make my picture...

I want to change my picture, but when I click "use my 360 Picture" its blank. I have changed my 360 Picture, but it says on my profile, that my 360 Profile is hidden. How do I change it so that you can see my 360 Picture? Thanks in Advance!
