How do I open an msn messenger account?

I waant to keeep my msn messenger open on one account and open windows live messenger again & sign into another username without singing out or closing my present msn.

Me and my brother share the same computer. He opened an msn messanger account. I wanted to know if i can open another account buecause i need some privacy. Ok thanks alot in advance.

I've tried to go to hotmail.com and make an account but it doesnt work. I want this account on MSN messenger. My other friends have @yahoo.com in their email addresses but I can't figure it out.
