How do I print an email with a picture in it?

I do not know how to cut, copy or paste. I just don't know alot about computers but this is very important.

I don't know how to open an Yahoo Photo Album? I don't nkow how to open up my email at the sametime? Can I drop the pictures from email into this just openned Yahoo Photo Album?
