How do I put a picture on my page?

Some of my friends have a picture of them on their Tumblr page. I know how to make a personal page of photos of just you, but how do you make it so there's a picture of you sorta of like your profile picture on Facebook?

I have now set up my 360 page but don't know how to put picture links on the page for people to go to. So how do i go about putting picture links in?
