How do I send pictures from my phone to my email address?

My friend wants me to send him some pictures of me and the only way i have to contact him is by cell phone. I do NOT know which carrier he uses. The pictures are on my laptop that i want to send to him. How can i do this?

I took pictures of me n my bros 4lyf!!! I wanna put them on myspace,but the damn phone wont let me type in underscores,which is a problem because my email address has underscores..... Any suggestions?

I'd like to send media from my yahoo email address to my friend's Nextel handset but it seems that @messaging.nextel.com only sends text and blocks out images. Thank you.
