How do I set up Outlook email?

I bought a HP Net Book new in July and when prompted by Microsoft Outlook Expresss to set up my email for the first time i did it wrong. So now if i want to email a article from online to somebody i cant do it cause my emailon the Net Book isnt set up...

I have outlook and had road runner set up as my default, I am trying to send an email from my outlook, but since switching to century link, I cannot send from my outlook anymore cause I don't have Roadrunner and it is still my default!!! HELP Please!
