How do i make a signature for when i send an email?

When I send emails, the artwork files that make up my e-signature get attached to the email... This will keep happening in exponential numbers with each ensuing email... How can I get the images to stop attaching?...

Ok, I am REALLY sick of typing my signature every time I send an email (which i do A LOT). How can I make it where my signature will always be on my emails without me typing it??? p.s. i want the signature to stay whenever i change stationary!!!
