How do i make internet explorer not start in full screen mode?

when i had my computer on full screen mode the address bar would disapear and come back out when the pointer was at the top of the screen but now my son touched something and the address bar wont hide. what can i do? Thanks

When I am browsing on Internet Explorer on my new laptop and press F11, nothing happens. I have tried clicking on the full screen button in View.
