I'm researching the differences between rules/requirements for figure skating in the Special Olympics and the traditional Olympics. The information at the official SO website is contained in really long PDF files which have a lot of information I don't really need to know. I just want to know the basic, major differences between the two. Can someone summarize them for me? Thanks so much.
