How do you add pictures to Yahoo account?

would like to take pictures from yahoo and add them to ebay how can i do this how do i go about doing it.

I have yahoo messenger 8.1, and i can't figure out how to put a picture or anything on it! I put the memory card in the computer, I view my pictures, I copy a picture I want as my avatar thing, but I don't know what to do! I do the same with icons off...
