How do you clean a PSP screen?

Well I bought a PSP off ebay, it came with screen protecter, I took it off and it left tones and stuff on screen, i dont know whats its called but its sticky dust left over from the prtecter, I need to know how to clean it off, My mom doesnt know how...

i have psp with 3.52 m33 4,using the recovery menu i format flash 0,then the my psp couldnt start,i take it to a man and he only install 1.50 but the blue screen of death appear ,when i press o the memory stick light turn on, the screen became black...

i bought a shiny new psp a few months ago... and sort of forgot about it in a drawer (it was in a protective sleeve though) well, i went to use it yesterday, and the screen had gotten a bit dusty, i wiped it down a bit... it seems in perfect condition...
