How do you delete ALL emails in your Hotmail Inbox?

My hotmail says that my Inbox is getting full and that I need to go through and delete emails, but I delete my Inbox regularly. What should I do before I am unable to receive any more emails? I have literally gone through and deleted my Inbox, Outbox...

I can hardly ever read them now as well. Does anyone know how to fix this? I would much appreciate any help.
